Did not expect a dive bar to be smoking its own brisket, but here we are. The brisket sandwich was tender and smoky and the fries came out hot. Great food to soak up the cheap beer.
The brisket is the real deal
Seattle's pirate-themed punk rock dive bar is back on Roosevelt Way — house-smoked brisket, stacked burgers, live shows, and a room full of pinball. Kitchen open nightly, no cover to just come drink.

The kitchen smokes its own brisket and pork low-and-slow, and every burger is a fresh Angus patty griddled to order — with vegan and vegetarian options that actually hold up.

Cheap drinks, friendly bartenders, a wall of pinball machines, and a live punk show going off in the back. This is exactly what a Seattle dive bar should feel like. So glad they reopened.
Came for the music, stayed for the pastrami burger. Solid vegan options too so my whole group could eat. Perfect spot before or after a show, no pretension anywhere in sight.
Bar open nightly until midnight. Kitchen closes at 10 PM Mon–Thu and 8 PM Fri–Sun. No online booking — walk in, call, or text.
